While I feel statistics are something to use as one handicapping tool, I think they are often overused and sometimes misleading because you can pick out certain stats to come up with a play on one side and another set of stats to come up with a play on the other side. I have always thought that "feel" about a game is the most important tool to use as well as using other types of stats and info when making your plays.
This game has the stats and the I have a strong feeling about this total. I think this match flies over. Fulham have played 5 games and those matches have produced 20 goals and all went over. Blackburn have played 6 matches that have netted 26 goals and all of them went over. 11 matches and 11 overs and most of them clearly over. Both sides have started off fairly well with the only poor effort by either being Blackburn's rather dreary mid-week UEFA Cup effort on the road. Both clubs have played entertaining, attacking football and that continues here.
